Service and Repair

If your FLARM device is not working correctly, please first make sure that it is installed and configured correctly. You will find many relevant resources and documents on this website.

If the appliance is still within the statutory warranty period, contact the installer or dealer from whom the appliance was purchased. You can organise a warranty repair there. In all other cases, please contact the nearest FLARM service partner who can repair the device. Please note that service partners operate independently of FLARM and set their own prices.

Repairs in Switzerland

If your device needs to be serviced in Switzerland, please contact us at info@flarm.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a return code.

If you are sending goods from abroad, please use a courier service (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL Express) to ensure fast customs clearance and avoid additional charges. Shipments must be accompanied by a small amount (EUR 10) proforma invoice with the following exact phrase clearly visible: Return of Swiss goods for repair. The following EU HS code must also be indicated on the proforma invoice:
